When it comes to sandwiches, nobody has the best recipe, except you.
The bad part of making a sandwich is that it is rarely the case you can replicate the winner. The good part is – no matter how bad it gets, you don’t waste much time or ingredients – all this if you experiment first.
I got fascinated a while a go by a video I saw in the network: a video about a small Italian shop in New York that used to make great sandwiches back in the 50’s.
Big fat chunky sandwiches, wrapped up in newspapers eaten by the workers with dirty hands.
I had the taste in my mouth at the end of those 45 minutes and ran to the kitchen and made myself a sandwich. I ate that while making a promise. I’ll never stop experimenting. So, last year I decided to take pictures of my little experiments.
Feast your eyes.
